Sephora Haul

Last week my Auntie and Uncle went to New York, so I (of course) made a list of all of the things I wanted them to bring me back from Sephora! Some of the products you can get in the UK, but I felt like I could justify buying more if it was from New York... That works doesn't it? This is a bit more of an Anastasia Beverly Hills with a hint of Kat Von D haul, but hey ho! I'm going to share with you all of the beauuutiful products that I purchased and my first impressions...

Makeup Revolution - Flawless Matte Eyeshadow Palette

I mentioned this Flawless Matte Eyeshadow palette back in October as I thought it looked like a great dupe for the MAC Warm Neutral Palette (for a fraction of the price) and I really wanted to try it out. I go through stages with eyeshadows of being obsessed with really shimmery, sparkly ones and then being stuck on mattes for ages. I'm going through a matte stage again at the moment and am loving this palette from Makeup Revolution! It has a really nice variety of colours in it (lots of cool and warm tones) and includes colours that I wouldn't have particularly tried until I used this palette (such as blues) which I now really like using. I would say this palette has something for everyone and is great to have as I find myself reaching for it most days!

March Favourites

I haven't done a monthly favourites in a long long time, so it's given me a chance to find and fall in love with a load of new products. I have to admit, I haven't really been able to buy and try many products lately, but i've definitely found a select few which i've really liked! There's quite a few random bits and bobs in this months, but here is what i've been loving lately!

A Winter Wedding

First of all I just want to apologise (again) for the lack of posts lately, I have been super busy and have been off the past 2 weeks as I had an operation and was hoping to get a lot of posts put up then, but just didn't get round to it as the time flew by! But I am definitely going to get back on it now, as I miss it! Back in January my sister got married at the Long Furlong Barn in Sussex, it's such a pretty venue, and as it was Winter the whole place was decorated amazingly and like winter wonderland! I thought I would share with you some of the photos from the day, as the photos have just come back from the photographer and look so nice! I had the challenge of doing the brides and the bridesmaids make up on the day, which at first was terrifying but I think it went okay!
